Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BTSpdf (the “Service”), operated by Tenit Inc. (the “Operator”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

  • The Service provides tools to convert and edit PDF, document and image files. Most tools are free and need no account.
  • How files are handled is described on the File handling page, and personal data on the Privacy Policy page.

2. Accounts

  • Sign up with an accurate email address and keep your account and password secure.
  • You can delete your account anytime from My account. Any active subscription is canceled when you do.

3. Paid service (Pro)

  • Pro costs $4.99 per month or $39.00 per year (USD). The final amount in your local currency, including taxes, is shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record; Paddle's buyer terms also apply to payments, receipts and taxes.
  • Your subscription renews and is charged automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from My account → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period and won't be charged again.
  • We'll notify you by email or on the site before changing prices or Pro features. New prices apply from your next payment.

4. Refunds

  • Request a refund at support@10it.ai within 14 days of payment and we'll refund you in full.
  • After 14 days, paid periods aren't refunded, and canceling stops future charges — unless applicable law provides otherwise.
  • If an outage prevents you from using Pro, we'll refund or extend your subscription for the affected period.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Only process files you own or are authorized to handle.
  • Don't process illegal content, overload the Service with automated bulk requests, or bypass limits or security measures.
  • We may restrict or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Changes and liability

  • We may change or discontinue features to improve the Service, and will announce significant changes in advance.
  • Converted results can differ from the original, so check important documents before relying on them.
  • Except for intent or gross negligence, we aren't liable for damages arising from use of the free Service. Liability for the paid Service follows applicable law.

7. Governing law and contact

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; consumer-protection laws take precedence over these terms.
