Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from My account → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Request within 14 days of payment and we'll refund you in full. See our Terms for details.
What about receipts and taxes?
Paddle processes payments as our Merchant of Record, issues receipts and handles sales tax/VAT for your country. You can find your invoices in Manage subscription.
Does Pro change how my files are handled?
No. Browser tools still process files on your device, and server tools still delete files right after conversion. Only the limits get bigger.
